He specializes in making early innovation impacts tangible for scale, aligning strategy and innovation, horizon planning, identifying innovation needs, global scouting, developing collaboration models, and executing at scale. With over 20 years of experience, Herman has honed his skills in running businesses and teams, designing and executing outsourcing partnerships, and working within and with corporates at all levels. He is a strong proponent of ambidextrous organizations, adept at managing existing operations while simultaneously exploring new opportunities.
